Job Description:

  • Prepare SEC filings
  • Prepare quarterly and annually disclosure checklists
  • Assist in various account fluctuation analyses
  • Assist with technical accounting research and documentation
  • Assist in footnote preparation
  • Prepare internal and external PowerPoint presentations
  • Requirements:

  • CPA license
  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Experience in the financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
